Ashadha Navaratri, also known as Gupta or Gayatri Navaratri, is nine days dedicated to the nine forms of Shakti. It is an auspicious 9-day observance that is dedicated to worshipping nine different forms of Goddess Shakti or Durga. During the weekend we will start the celebration of this auspicious period.

Join us for a festive celebration of the 4th of July infused with Bhakti, rituals, mantras, and pure love. 

This program is part of the 4-week celebration in tribute to the 50 years of existence of the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch. We are happy to celebrate it with you!

Srinivasan

Director of the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch and Acharya (senior teacher) in the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers organization, Srinivasan has dedicated his life to the propagation of the classical teachings of Yoga. An internationally recognized teacher of Raja Yoga and Hatha Yoga, Srinivasan served and studied with his guru and Yoga master, Swami Vishnudevananda, and now teaches around the world, continuing to carry the teachings as a direct disciple.

Swami Gangananda is a senior teacher in the Sivananda lineage.  Swamiji spent 30 years practicing and teaching by Ganga in Uttarkashi, India.  Now she resides at the Sivananda Yoga Ranch in New York.  Swamiji teaches with a friendly smile and a big heart.

 

 

Satyadev and Satyabhama
Satyadev (from Germany) is an Advanced Sivananda Yoga Teacher and since 2005 is one of the main Hatha Yoga teachers in the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Courses in the Bahamas, Colombia, and Argentina. And together with Satyabhama (from Colombia) are called to share the valuable teachings that have given them a lot of internal wealth in their lives.
