The spine has a key role in the preservation of good health and youthful look and feeling. By taking proper care of your spine you will be able to maintain an optimal flow of energy throughout your body, keeping both your body and mind in good balance. In this program you will learn the connection between the spine, the mind and the spiritual path; how to use movement and breathing for achieving balance and harmony, and several simple techniques to loosen and release your spine and re-balance and renew your body and mind.

The course tuition (listed above) is for the whole program. Your accommodation rate includes meals, Satsangs, and Hatha yoga classes which are offered daily.

Michael Pyfrom

Michael Pyfrom, D.C. is a licensed doctor of chiropractic, a certified practitioner in Hatha Yoga, and certified in EFT Tapping. Dr. Pyfrom is the founding member of the Bahamas Chiropractic Association, a member of the International Chiropractors Association and Chairman of the ICA’s committee on Mental Health, Addictions, and Behavioral Health. Dr. Pyfrom has lectured extensively on the integration of ancient wisdom and modern science as a holistic approach to health, healing, and living in harmony. Dr. Pyfrom maintains an active wellness clinic in Hudson and Ghent, NY.

Satsang & Yoga Classes

Satsang consists of a 30-minute silent meditation, followed by 30 minutes of spiritual chanting (kirtan), and finishes with 30 minutes of spiritual lecture.
Daily attendance at both Satsangs and Hatha Yoga Classes is encouraged for your health and well-being and to maintain the proper rhythm and atmosphere of the ashram community.
