Dr. Michael LaFemina
Dr. Michael LaFemina, D. Ac, MS Ed, L.Ac. earned his Doctorate of Acupuncture at Pacific College of Health Sciences, focusing on integrative and collaborative care, his Masters in Education (TESOL), and a bachelors degree from Hofstra University, double majoring in History and Music.
Michael was faculty at Tri-State College of Acupuncture (TSCA), teaching Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) and Mindfulness Meditation, and has taught Yoga & Meditation at Columbia University Medical Center, Hofstra University Honors College, and privately in NYC and New Paltz.
Michael is a co-founder of Golden Light Acupuncture, a holistic family practice in New Paltz, NY, and a former karma yogi, serving for more than two years in Sivananda Ashrams and centers.
