The circumstances of life, our emotions, and the mind tend to be in constant motion, creating what some yogis call “muddy waters.”  Through the power of sacred chant we can still the waters of the mind, and feel and sense the truth of who we are, like seeing into the clear waters of a calm and pristine lake.

This type of vision and experience is truly everyone’s birthright as human beings to experience on a daily basis and creates a deep source of nourishment for the soul. In this special retreat, Snatam Kaur and Sopurkh Singh will teach  pranayama (sacred breath), Yoga, and chants from the Sikh tradition for clarity and healing.
