Lila Lolling is author of Walking the Ancient Path of Yoga and a Sivananda affiliate teacher for over 20 years. Her work focuses on the intersection between Yoga and the current crises we face today. She blends traditional yogic wisdoms, environmentalism, and emotional healing into her offerings, assisting people in living a passionate life rooted in reverence, reciprocity, and regeneration. She advocates for yoga as a tool for the inner work, and a climate positive lifestyle as the outer work, which is ultimately one in the same.
