Lila Lolling is author of Walking the Ancient Path of Yoga and a Sivananda affiliate teacher for over 20 years. Her work focuses on the intersection between Yoga and the current crises we face today. She blends traditional yogic wisdoms, environmentalism, and emotional healing into her offerings, assisting people in living a passionate life rooted in reverence, reciprocity, and regeneration. She advocates for yoga as a tool for the inner work, and a climate positive lifestyle as the outer work, which is ultimately one in the same.

Isvari (Mary Ann) Johnson has been a sincere and dedicated practitioner of Ayurveda and Yoga for over 20 years. She is an advanced Sivananda Yoga teacher, and a graduate of Dr Vasant Lad’s Ayurvedic Institute, Albuquerque, NM. Isvari travels internationally lecturing, consulting and facilitating Pancha Karma Purification Programs. She is the director of Ayurveda at the Sivananda Yoga Ranch in Woodbourne, NY and feels honored to be on the faculty of Dr Vasant Lad’s Institute of Ayurveda in Pune, India.
