Join us in this special yoga vacation week and learn and practice with us valuable ancient tools for conquering negative emotions like anger, fear, jealousy, and resentment through infallible yogic methods in a series of daily workshops.

According to the Yogic teachings, the uncontrolled mind which is full of negative emotions is our own worst enemy. Learn how to transform your mind into your best friend by controlling it and getting established in practices that lead us to infinite inner strength, peace, and Bliss.

Emotions are part of being human, but learning to manage them and respond wisely requires skill. Learn with us how to do it better!

Retreat from the stressors and distractions of everyday life and discover a healthier, happier you. This Yoga Vacation Week was designed to ensure complete relaxation and rejuvenation for the body, mind, and soul. Daily yoga classes work in conjunction with the ashram schedule to help your body reconnect with the natural rhythms of nature so that your mind can become more restful and present.

We encourage you to stay for a minimum of three nights (ideally the 5 nights) to fully get the benefits of the program and to settle into the schedule. The minimum requirement is set for two nights. The biggest risk is that you won’t want to leave 🙂

The ashram is all-inclusive and offers you a wonderful retreat in nature, delicious food, 2 daily yoga classes, 2 daily satsangs (communal events with joyous chanting, meditation, and spiritual lectures), and daily workshops about different weekly topics.

Satyadev and Satyabhama
Satyadev (from Germany) is an Advanced Sivananda Yoga Teacher and since 2005 is one of the main Hatha Yoga teachers in the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Courses in the Bahamas, Colombia, and Argentina. And together with Satyabhama (from Colombia) are called to share the valuable teachings that have given them a lot of internal wealth in their lives.
