Kirtan and Mantra Bhakti Retreat with Swami Jnaneswariananda and Swami Amritananda
Friday, October 16 @ 2:00 pm - Sunday, October 18 @ 12:00 pm

Tuition: Accommodations only
Step into a weekend immersed in the sweet, restorative path of Bhakti Yoga—the yoga of devotion and sacred sound. Sound is one of the most direct tools we have to quiet the analytical mind, open the heart, and dissolve the sense of separation from the Divine. This retreat offers a vibrant sanctuary to step away from daily life and tune your entire system to the vibration of love, community, and devotion.
Instead of traditional lectures, our evening satsangs will gather as joyful, heart-centered Kirtan—call-and-response chanting that uses ancient names and sacred sound to clear emotional fatigue and cultivate deep inner joy. During our mid-day workshops, we will drop into the precise, transformative practice of Mantra Repetition (Japa), exploring how sound vibrations downregulate the nervous system, sharpen mental focus, and serve as a portable anchor for daily life back home.
- Evening Kirtans: Gather for uplifting satsangs filled with communal singing, sacred music, and heartfelt connection.
- Mid-Day Mantra Workshops: Learn the subtle art, mechanics, and meditative application of daily japa repetition.
- Devotional Movement & Rest: Balance sound work with heart-opening yoga, quiet reflection, and nourishing moments in nature.
Whether you are an experienced kirtan singer or entirely new to sacred sound, no musical background is needed—only an open heart and a willingness to listen. Leave feeling vibrant, spiritually refreshed, and attuned to the sacred rhythm within.
