Meditation is now accepted, even in the mainstream, as a powerful tool to counteract the stresses of modern society, and improve physical, mental and emotional health. Come and join us for a five-day meditation immersion program.
The course will cover all aspects of the theory and practice of meditation including daily meditation practices, group chanting, and workshops.
Topics covered include:

• Concentration Practices — visualization, affirmations
• Obstacles to Meditation
• Mantras, Theory and Practice
• How to find Purpose in Life — Keeping a Spiritual Diary
• Setting up a Home Practice
Those new to meditation as well as those who are more established in their practice are warmly welcomed.
Registration Information
The course tuition (listed above) is for the whole program. Your accommodation rate includes meals, Satsangs, and Hatha yoga classes which are offered daily.

10:45am Karma Yoga
12:00pm Optional Activity (coaching class, walk or other activity)
2:00pm Meditation Workshop
4:00pm Hatha Yoga Class

8:00pm Satsang*
10:30pm Lights Out
* Satsang – 30-minute silent meditation, kirtan / chanting, spiritual lecture.
Daily activity schedule, and/or possible changes, will be announced at morning Satsang.

Swami Dharmananda
Swami Dharmananda is the assistant director and spiritual advisor to staff and students of the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm in Grass Valley, California, where he teaches yoga and meditation in the Teacher Training Course. He presents the classical teachings in a practical and accessible way to people of all backgrounds.
