Mind It’s Mysteries and Control: Learn how to Master your Mindwith Swami Jnaneswariananda
Friday, November 13 @ 2:00 pm - Sunday, November 15 @ 12:00 pm

Tuition: Accommodations only
The mind is our most powerful instrument, yet without proper training, it can become our greatest source of agitation, distraction, and stress. Based on Swami Sivananda’s foundational classic, Mind: Its Mysteries and Control, this practical weekend workshop offers a deep dive into the mechanics of human consciousness and the classical yogic techniques used to master it.
We will unpack the book’s core teachings on the fourfold mind (Antahkarana), the nature of thoughts (Vrittis), and the subconscious habits (Samskaras) that drive our behavior. You will learn time-tested, actionable strategies to quiet mental chatter, break destructive thought loops, sharpen concentration, and cultivate an unshakeable sense of inner peace amidst life’s daily demands.
- Deconstruct the Mind: Understand how thoughts form, how desires take root, and how memory shapes your daily reality.
- Master Thought-Control: Learn practical, classical techniques to replace negative mental patterns with constructive, positive focus.
- Strengthen Concentration: Discover step-by-step methods to steady an overactive mind and deepen your daily meditation practice.
Whether you are completely new to yoga philosophy or seeking to deepen an established practice, you will leave with a clear, practical roadmap to turn your mind into your greatest ally. Open to all levels.
