The time during pregnancy is precious. Yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques can help the mind and body adapt to pregnancy, prepare for labor and adjust to life with the new baby. Over the course of the pregnancy, many postures are adjusted or replaced with specific variations. Learn how to modify the Sivananda sequence for your pregnancy.
