Start your day with a session of pranayama to relax nerves, cleanse the respiratory system and feel the healing benefits of breathing exercises physically, mentally and spiritually. These classes at 5:30 am will guide you through the practices of kapalabhati and anuloma viloma at higher counts. Knowledge of pranayama is necessary. Please note: This is an intermediate level class
