Start your day with a session of pranayama to relax nerves, cleanse the respiratory system and feel the healing benefits of breathing exercises physically, mentally and spiritually.
This two week long pranayama session will guide through the practice. We will start with shorter counts of the practices kapalabhati & anuloma viloma. We will build up the pratice as we go.
Please note: This is an intermediate level class. Knowledge of pranayama is recommended.

Please keep your video ON if it is available. The teacher can then see students and best guide the practice in terms of safety, awareness, and rhythm. It also strengthens community among students and maintains a high level of prana, energy.
Please private message the teacher if they should know about any physical limitations to take into consideration, and always practice within your personal safe, comfortable limits.
