Online Sivananda Yoga Classes May 18 - 24

Tuition: Offered free of charge. Donations accepted. Suggested donation: $8/class.

Join us from home for an online yoga class! Though we no longer have any income stream since the closings, we know that you too are being challenged economically and we are making all of our sharing free of charge. However, if you have the means, and would like to help, we will accept any donations to help support our full-time staff during these challenging times.

Satsang & Yoga Classes

Satsang consists of a 30-minute silent meditation, followed by 30 minutes of spiritual chanting (kirtan), and finishes with 30 minutes of spiritual lecture.
Daily attendance at both Satsangs and Hatha Yoga Classes is encouraged for your health and well-being and to maintain the proper rhythm and atmosphere of the ashram community.
