Positive Thinking and Meditation is the most important of all the 5 Points of Yoga, for we become what we think. A positive outlook on life can be developed by learning and practicing the teachings of the philosophy of Vedānta; and the mind will be brought under perfect control by the regular practice of meditation.
This 2-week course (twice a week), explores the nature of your thoughts and how to transform them, making way for a calmer mind and better relationships. Learn how to develop concentration and inner stability. Participants are guided in basic techniques with the aim of helping them to establish a daily Meditation practice
