Restorative Yoga Retreatwith Sundari Nora Benian
Friday, October 23 @ 2:00 pm - Sunday, October 25 @ 12:00 pm

Tuition: $195 plus Accommodation
Come unwind, shed layers of tension and rejuvenate with 8 hours of Restorative Yoga plus participating in meditations over a weekend in the beautiful Sivananda Yoga Ranch.
Restorative Yoga is a very gentle yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system and create overall health in the body. Restorative yoga is the yoga of non-doing, and focuses on effortlessness and ease, using well-placed blankets, bolsters, yoga straps, and chairs to safely support the body in various postures. When the body is fully supported, it will naturally relax, releasing deeply held tensions which invokes a natural state of balance, regeneration, and healing rest.
This program is ideal for any body and any level of physical ability. Come back to yourself, dive inward and get comfortable in your body.
Add a Day! Want to deepen your experience? Arrive a day early on Thursday, October 22, and enjoy an extra day of quiet immersion. You’ll receive two additional 2-hour sessions designed to help you settle in, unwind, and deepen your practice before the main retreat begins, for an add-on tuition of $100 (plus accommodation).
To extend your retreat, simply give the ashram a call or e-mail!
