Isvari (Mary Ann) Johnson is a sincere and dedicated practitioner/teacher of Ayurveda and Yoga. In 1997, she received her Yoga Teacher and Advanced Teacher Training from the Sivananda Yoga Retreat in Nassau, Bahamas. In 2004, she graduated from Dr. Vasant Lad’s Ayurvedic Studies I and II, and finished her studies with Dr Lad in India in
the Gurukula Program. She returned to the Yoga Retreat, joining the Well Being Center
as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, consulting and giving body treatments. For over two
decades, she has traveled internationally, holding seminars with emphasis on body
treatments, nutrition, and yoga. Isvari is a motivating teacher and life coach. She is on the
faculty of Dr Lad’s Institute in Pune, India.
