Director of the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch and Acharya (senior teacher) in the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers organization, Srinivasan has dedicated his life to the propagation of the classical teachings of Yoga. An internationally recognized teacher of Raja Yoga and Hatha Yoga, Srinivasan served and studied with his guru and Yoga master, Swami Vishnudevananda, and now teaches around the world, continuing to carry the teachings as a direct disciple. As acharya, Srinivasan leads our team of teachers, conducts morning satsangs at the ashram, and leads workshops on various aspects of yoga philosophy and practice. He also leads the ashram’s move toward Earth Care and sustainability, finding an effortless union between Permaculture and Yoga. He is a knowledgeable and compassionate teacher whose life mission is empowering all with the peace and wisdom of Yoga.
Swami Paramananda, manager of the Sivananda Yoga Ranch, has been dedicated to the practices of Yoga for nearly a decade. Through his intense devotion to Yoga and his great sense of humor, Swami Paramananda is a wonderful teacher who effortlessly weaves classical yoga teachings into today’s modern lifestyle.
Swami Satyapremananda is a regular teacher at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch – especially teaching Bhagavad Gita and Mantra Chanting for our Yoga Teachers Training Courses. She has also served at the Sivananda Ashrams in California and Canada, our NYC Center, and as the director of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Chicago. Swamiji is a serious yoga practitioner who exemplifies the power of Yoga for self-transformation, self-actualization, and Self-realization, with her discipline, compassion and devotion. Her favorite sadhana is singing the names of God.
Arjuna is a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda and directs the guest programs at the Sivananda Yoga Retreat, Bahamas, during the winter season. He has been a professional vegetarian cook for 25 years and has been teaching family yoga programs in Sivananda centers and ashrams for many years. Arjuna’s approach is dynamic, personal, and inspiring, and includes many instructive stories from his time spent with Swami Vishnudevananda.
