How to live a hundred years? “Simple life, high thinking” is the answer given by Swami Sivananda.How to be happy all the time? Same answer, simple living, and high thinking.
But we know that nowadays “simple living and high thinking” is a very difficult thing to practice. They seem easy things at first, but they are very hard to integrate into our daily life. The tendency is quite the opposite, always towards high living and low thinking.
In this 3-day retreat, we will learn 20 important steps to navigate through this concept and to bring back home the tools needed to generate positive patterns in the mind and in our life. Health and happiness are our birthrights. Let’s learn together how to manifest it.

* Satsang – 30-minute silent meditation, kirtan / chanting, spiritual lecture.
