Stress is the source of incredible physical and mental suffering. While stress is difficult to avoid in daily life, it is possible to reduce and manage it by learning some simple and practical yogic tools available to everyone. Join us for a weekend retreat fully dedicated to
relieve stress and anxiety and completely relax your body, mind and spirit. Learn the simple steps to properly relax body and mind in order to enjoy a deep and lasting inner peace, regardless of external circumstances.
