The Art of Slowing Down, a Mindful Hatha Yoga Retreatwith Swami Amritananda
Friday, October 2 @ 2:00 pm - Sunday, October 4 @ 12:00 pm

Tuition: Accommodations only
In a world speeded up, choosing to go slow, with greater awareness, is a radical act of self-care. This retreat is an invitation to step off the fast track and drop into a quieter, softer rhythm of unhurried presence.
Through gentle slow flow and restorative yoga, you’ll melt away physical tension softly—without effort or strain. We’ll integrate calming breathwork and guided relaxation to systematically reset your nervous system, gently signaling to your entire body that it is safe to rest. Balanced with ample unhurried time to wander in nature, read, nap, or simply be, this weekend offers you the space to recharge, tune out the noise, and master the art of awareness. Open to all bodies and experience levels.
Slow down your rhythm and awaken to the subtlety of your true self.
