The Bhagavad Gita in Daily Lifewith Swami Jnaneswariananda
Sunday, November 1 @ 2:00 pm - Thursday, November 5 @ 12:00 pm

Tuition: Accommodations only
The Bhagavad Gita was never meant to be a text read in isolation or reserved for quiet contemplation on a mountaintop—it was delivered in the middle of a battlefield. It is a timeless, intensely practical manual for navigating life’s everyday conflicts, doubts, and decisions. This mid-week retreat offers a clear, accessible doorway into the Gita’s core teachings, translating ancient Vedantic wisdom into actionable tools for modern living during satsangs and daily workshops.
We will break down key concepts like Karma Yoga (the art of selfless action), Equanimity (Samatvam) in the face of success and failure, and maintaining mental clarity when life feels overwhelming. You will learn how to apply the Gita’s timeless framework to your career, personal relationships, and inner life—transforming daily routines into a living spiritual practice.
- Wisdom for Decision-Making: Unpack Krishna’s guidance to Arjuna to help you navigate personal dilemmas with courage and clarity.
- Mastery Over Action: Learn to act fully and passionately without being paralyzed by stress, anxiety, or attachment to outcomes.
- Inner Equanimity: Discover practical techniques to stay grounded, composed, and steady amidst life’s inevitable ups and downs.
Leave with a renewed perspective on your daily responsibilities and a clear, practical roadmap to live with greater purpose, peace, and resilience. Open to all levels of inquiry—no prior knowledge of scripture or philosophy required.
