The Four Paths of Yoga: An Integrated Guide to Yogic Livingwith Swami Amritananda

Friday, November 6 @ 2:00 pm - Sunday, November 8 @ 12:00 pm

Tuition: Accommodations only

This weekend workshop offers an accessible journey into the four classical paths of classical yoga: Karma Yoga (action), Bhakti Yoga (devotion), Raja Yoga (meditation and mind control), and Jnana Yoga (knowledge and self-inquiry).

Rather than viewing these paths as separate tracks, you will learn how to weave them together into a balanced, holistic practice tailored to your unique personality and life circumstances. We will unpack these ancient frameworks and reveal how each path offers a distinct doorway to inner freedom, resilience, and spiritual clarity.

  • Karma Yoga: Transform daily tasks, work, and service into a selfless practice of mindfulness and freedom from attachment.
  • Bhakti Yoga: Open the heart and cultivate emotional balance through devotion, sound, and sacred connection.
  • Raja Yoga: Master the mind and regulate the nervous system using classical breathwork, concentration, and meditation.
  • Jnana Yoga: Sharpen discernment (Viveka) through contemplative self-inquiry to see beyond limiting beliefs.

Leave with a well-rounded understanding of the full yogic tradition and a practical blueprint to bring all four paths into your daily life off the mat. Open to all levels.
