The Healing Power of Yogawith Swami Amritananda
Friday, November 20 @ 8:00 am - Sunday, November 22 @ 5:00 pm

Tuition: Accommodations only
True healing begins when we stop treating our symptoms in isolation and start listening to the wisdom of the whole body. While yoga is often viewed through the lens of physical exercise, its true capacity lies in its ability to downregulate a stressed nervous system, release deeply held physical and emotional tension, and awaken the body’s innate capacity for self-repair.
This program takes you beyond standard postures to explore yoga as a living, integrative medicine. Through a thoughtful blend of therapeutic movement, restorative alignment, and intentional breathwork, you will learn how targeted practice reduces systemic inflammation, relieves chronic pain, and calms an overstimulated mind. Whether you are recovering from injury, navigating burnout, or seeking a more sustainable relationship with your health, you will leave with practical, embodied tools to restore balance, build resilience, and reclaim your vitality from the inside out. Open to all experience levels and physical capabilities.
