Fear, anger, and anxiety–the side effects of life’s everyday stresses–are natural and sometimes helpful, but left unchecked they can lead to a host of debilitating ailments that are now so common we assume they are unavoidable: heart disease, arthritis, gastrointestinal problems, depression, and more.

It is possible, however, to reverse the effects of these negative emotions or stop them entirely by connecting to the physiology of love and opening your heart, thereby triggering a series of biochemical reactions that lower blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, and adrenaline levels, stimulating physical healing and reinstating balance and well-being.

Dr. Selhub will guide you through a life-healing process that can reverse the destructive physical effects of fear and stress and banish emotional wounds from the past. Through a simple-to-use plan of awareness, breathing, visualization, and verbal command exercises the process of activating The Love Response reprograms your brain and changes your biochemistry from negative to positive, putting you on a path to long-term wellness and happiness.

The course tuition (listed above) is for the whole program. Your accommodation rate includes meals, Satsangs, and Hatha yoga classes which are offered daily.

Dr. Eva Selhub

Dr. Eva Selhub is an internationally recognized expert, physician, speaker, scientist and consultant in the fields of stress, resilience, spirituality, fitness, integrative medicine and working with the natural environment to achieve maximum health and wellbeing. She has authored 4 books, including The Love Response, Your Brain on Nature and Your health Destiny, and the Stress Management Handbook (due to be released January 2019). She is and Adjunct Scientist at the Human Nutrition Research Center for Aging (HNRCA) at Tufts University and also a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer and the only person certified in North America to teach the method of How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci. Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Eva served as an Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and as a Clinical Associate of the world renowned Benson Henry Institute for Mind-Body Medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital for close to 20 years, serving as their Medical Director for six of those years. Dr. Selhub is now working with clients, corporations and scientific colleagues to redefine the ways in which we approach health and wellness to a model that incorporates alternative approaches to health as well as creativity, innovation, and resilience. As an author, speaker and coach, Dr. Selhub uses her powerful gift to translate complex information–be it scientific or esoteric writings from wisdom traditions– into practical and usable knowledge that any individual can access. She bridges science with spirit, fitness with spiritual beliefs, corporate challenges with scientific understandings of stress and homeostasis, allopathic medicine with alternative medicine, and provides the framework for individuals to achieve transformational health and wellbeing. Dr. Selhub has also authored multiple relaxation CD’s, Relax into Love, Finding Stillness, Ten Minutes to Relax: The Love Response (produced by the Relaxation Company), and Meditation for Life, Love and Flow (produced and recorded with Steven Halpern). She has been published in medical journals and featured in national publications including The New York Times, USA Today, Self, Shape, Fitness, and Journal of Woman’s Health, and has appeared on radio and television in connection with her work, including the Dr. Oz show. Satsang & Yoga Classes

Satsang consists of a 30-minute silent meditation, followed by 30 minutes of spiritual chanting (kirtan), and finishes with 30 minutes of spiritual lecture.
Daily attendance at both Satsangs and Hatha Yoga Classes is encouraged for your health and well-being and to maintain the proper rhythm and atmosphere of the ashram community.
