This adapted yoga retreat will give you ample tools to learn how to effectively reduce body stiffness and stress. We will explore first-hand the anatomical and scientific theory as well as learn yoga practices to reduce overall stiffness.

As medical science has proven, stress is stored in our organs, muscles, and fascia. It tightens the body, causing physical and mental rigidity. It has been known to increase blood pressure, mental confusion, and reduce overall well-being. During this retreat you will learn stress management techniques to open the body and calm the mind. There will be daily anatomy sessions centered around the systems affected by stress and time for personal investigation on how to create a more stress-free life. This program is qualified for you to receive Yoga Alliance CEUs.

The course tuition (listed above) is for the whole program. Your accommodation rate includes meals, Satsangs, and Hatha yoga classes which are offered daily.

Lila Lolling

Lila Lolling is a long-time Sivananda affiliate yoga instructor and spiritual teacher for nearly 20 years. She is a dedicated yoga and permaculture practitioner who has lived and taught in traditional yoga ashrams around the world. Lila is the author of Walking the Ancient Path of Yoga, founder of EcoYoga Life and DeafYoga Foundation. She is a lighthearted, honest, and sincere yoga teacher who offers all who study with her inspiration to live a life of peace, joy, and purpose. Satsang & Yoga Classes

Satsang consists of a 30-minute silent meditation, followed by 30 minutes of spiritual chanting (kirtan), and finishes with 30 minutes of spiritual lecture.
Daily attendance at both Satsangs and Hatha Yoga Classes is encouraged for your health and well-being and to maintain the proper rhythm and atmosphere of the ashram community.
