Unlocking Emotional Intelligencewith Swami Amritananda
Friday, October 23 @ 2:00 pm - Sunday, October 25 @ 12:00 pm

Tuition: Accommodations only
True emotional intelligence isn’t about suppressing your feelings or overanalyzing every reaction—it’s about building a clear, compassionate relationship with your inner landscape. This weekend retreat offers an immersive space to step back from default patterns, decode your emotional responses, and develop the self-awareness needed to navigate life’s challenges with steady, grounded confidence.
Through guided reflection, interactive group exercises, and practical somatic tools, you will learn how to turn emotional reactivity into conscious choice. We’ll explore actionable techniques to regulate your nervous system under stress, communicate with greater empathy, and cultivate healthier, more authentic relationships with both yourself and others. Whether you are looking to enhance your leadership, deepen your personal connections, or simply find greater mental peace, you will leave with a powerful, practical toolkit for a lifetime of emotional clarity and resilience.
