The chief purpose of practicing Asanas is to enhance a comfortable meditation experience.
With this course you will learn how to combine both practices and how to use Asana and Pranayama to directly support the meditation practice.
This course is suitable for students who have already some experience with Yoga. Although it is not necessarily and advanced Asana practice, there will be some variations as one learns to hold the Postures for longer.
In this course you will be learning:

– How to take your practice to the next level
– The power of Abhyasa: creating a daily routine for practice
