Balance of body and mind are important for quality of life. Yoga can help improve physical balance and strength, as well as provide a clearer mental basis for making balanced decisions. Join Bharata for a workshop focusing on asana postures that can improve overall physical strength, aid in recovery of a variety of balance disorders, and increase mental concentration. All welcome.

The course tuition (listed above) is for the whole program. Your accommodation rate includes meals, Satsangs, and Hatha yoga classes which are offered daily.
