These guided meditation sessions are for taking a break throughout your day to recharge and come back to your center.
Each class will introduce yogic theory followed by demonstrations & a guided practice taught by a Certified Sivananda Teacher.

Sanskrit is considered the ‘language of the Gods’, it is the ancient language of India and one of the most ancient languages of the world. It is Yoga in language form and with practice, opens the channels for the flow of subtle, vibrational energies just as yoga postures open the channels of energy in the body.
Start your journey into the world of Sanskrit! This is a simplified initiation and foundation for beginners. No previous experience required!
Online Yoga Teacher Training: Jan 9 – Feb 6, 2021
From the start of the closedown due to Corona Virus, we started offering online yoga classes and courses with many people joining in.
The regular practice helps to cope with the stress of isolation and connecting with a universal energy brings solace and positivity.

Online 2 Part Workshop: Mind, Body, Sprit- Practice Qi Gong with Omkara
Qigong is a general term used for many ancient practices almost lost and forgotten. These practices were kept secret and hidden due to the cultural revolution in China. Using meditations, movements, breath work, sound vibrations, visualizations, thought cultivation, self massage, pressure points, and more, one can cultivate and balance their vital energy and physical health and easily relieve or even eliminate pain.

This workshop will explore some of the fundamentals of Chinese Medicine and how they can help you experience your greatest health. Each morning, join us from the Ashram for a 30 min meditation, Daily Chants (Jaya Ganesha) and study on Srimad Bhagavatam.

From the 'six schools of philosophy,' Nyaya is the school of rationalists that focuses on knowledge and logic. The six schools of Indian philosophy are Sāṅkhya, Yoga, Nyāya, Vaiśeṣika, Mīmāṁsā, and Vedānta. Composed by Akṣapāda Gautama, the sutras are divided into five chapters, each with two sections. The work begins with a statement of the subject matter, the purpose, and the relation of the subject matter to the attainment of that purpose. The ultimate purpose is salvation—i.e., complete freedom from pain—and salvation comes from the attainment of knowledge.
